Dates are not confirmed until a signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received.

​

Price quotes are valid for only 14 days and will need to be reassessed if the deadline is missed. 

​

Booking is subject to a first come, first serve basis.

A minimum amount of participants will be required booking Saturday dates during peak wedding season.

​

The minimum amount of services needed in order to reserve peak dates is $1,200.

(Not including any additional surcharges that are required.)

​

Peak wedding season is March-June and September-November.

​

Holiday Surcharge.......... starting at $100/per artist

Early Start Surcharge (before 8:00am) ............ starting at $50/hr per artist

Additional Artist Surcharge: ............ starting at $150/per artist

Travel starting at.....$0.95 per mile round trip

Photography Service Rates can not be booked for wedding events. 

Price negotiating will not be tolerated. We value our artists, their talents and their years of expertise that they bring.
